thank you for choosing to purchase from us - in doing so, you are supporting an Australian-owned company.

Credit cards are currently not accepted on this site.  Methods of payment are:  EFT (direct credit details supplied on the order form), cheque or money order where necessary (postage details supplied on the order form).  products will be posted on clearance of funds.

because we are providing premium quality product while supplying on a national and international scale, we aim to reduce as many overhead costs as possible to ensure we remain competitive.  at this stage one of those reductions includes the fee for processing credit cards which would have to be passed on.  we apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

The ordering process:

• simply click on the 'order now' button and a PDF order form will appear in a separate window
• print this order form and fill in your contact / postage details and the product information required to process your order
• please add the applicable Postage and Handling fee in the box provided. - free P&H for orders over $100.00 AUD
  • bookmarks: if only bookmarks are ordered, please add $1.00 AUD for P&H - stationery: please add $9.95 AUD P&H for stationery orders under $100.00 AUD
• add all of your subtotals and write the final amount in the 'total payable' box.
• payment:
  • pay by EFT (quickest / preferred method).  please use your surname as the 'reference' when paying by EFT.  products will be posted on clearance of funds
  • send a cheque / money order to the address on the order form.  products will be posted on clearance of funds

if you have included your email address on your order form, we will advise you when your order has been despatched

• be delighted by your Little Kitty order within 3 - 7 working days of funds clearance (if in Australia). the wait may be just a little longer if ordering from overseas!

we are implementing a 'shopping cart' system which will simplify the process in the future.
